Students
in the primary grades are scheduled to visit the
library weekly. They exchange books, are introduced to a
variety
of genres, and begin to explore library resources.
Older students also visit the library regularly. With a flexible scheduling model, many visit weekly with their class. Individuals and small groups are welcome daily and often spend additional time using reference material or enjoying recreational reading. |
| The Lothrop School library houses a professional section. Parents as well as teachers are encouraged to borrow material from this area. |
